keep-it (“Company” or “We”) values your interest in our services and respects the privacy of your information. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes the type of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you visit our website (“Website”) and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.

We collect this information to administer your account and the services provided, authenticate you as a user, improve our Website and services, and to protect our legal rights. The Company uses sensitive billing information (such as cardholder name, credit card number, and expiration date) for the purpose of completing the self-storage reservation(s) you make at our facilities.   • Manage your account, including processing bills and providing rent notifications or property updates;
  • Update the availability of our storage-unit inventory;

We may also authorize third-party vendors to collect information on our behalf, including as necessary to operate features of our Website. Third-party vendors have access to and may collect information only as needed to perform their functions and are not permitted to share or use the information for any other purpose.
  • In response to subpoenas, court orders and/or other legal processes. As well as to establish or exercise the Company’s legal rights. To defend against legal claims, or as otherwise required by law. In such cases we reserve the right to raise or waive any legal objection or right available to us.
  • When the Company believes appropriate to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal or suspected illegal activities, to protect and defend the rights, property, or safety of our Company or this Website, our customers, or others; and in connection with our policies and procedures and other agreements.
